An edition of 500 with numbered
and signed inserts was released.
An unknown quantity of them went
missing in the post presumably,
and were replaced with these
unnumbered signed inserts, with
sealed LPs (only around 10-12
of these are thought to exist).
The inserts for these are uncut,
and so have the full white borders
with the printed crop marks, which
makes them larger than the LP cover.
